Another polymer clay tutorial! I completely made up this method myself, I'll have you know! =P
The eyeshadow does shed a BIT after baking, but this can be remedied by added a coat of glaze.

^I would LOVE it if you commented if this helps you!!^
^Link me to your creations that you make with these tips, and I will list them below!^

Doesn't the eyeshadow stain and wear off after some time?

A bit, yes - but if you coat it in nail polish or something it should be fine.

Actually fimo gloss ending is better. I worked with nail polish and after some time the piece gets sticky and the polish falls out and ruins

I use this eyeshadow for this effect on my finger nails after I paint them! I can't believe I never thought to use it with my clay. Thanks for the suggestion!

just as a tip, jaquard pearl-ex powder is made for this kinda thing. i love it, because it doesn't have all the fillers that eye shadow has, just the pure mica powder and pigments. plus a jar of it lasts for-fucking-ever :)

I know that they make special stuff for these kind of things, but the point I'm making here is that lots of people already have the materials in their house, and they don't have to buy a whole (expensive?) jar of powder just to use it once or twice.

do you have to bake it

:iconmistthewarrior:

Yep! After you are done sticking hooks into it or whatever, because it won't be malleable after you bake it. See your baking label on your clay to see how to bake it.

I see.
where do you buy it?

And also, where do you buy the hook?
I don't have oven, So I can't bake it

You can buy the hooks and clay online, or at a craft store like Micheals.
