NO GUM TAPE OR STAPLES REQUIRED!!!

I was looking frantically for a way to stretch watercolor paper that did not involve staples or gum tape. That's when I found that GENIUS of a guy!

The only reason I made this tutorial was to get the process more well known; this is NOT my idea. I want to share with other people the wealth of knowledge that I either have or find!
